High pressure / High T° Gas Corrosion

High pressure High T° Gas Corrosion

 

  • A taylor-made bench reactor allows testing stress corrosion by gas pressurization of  tubing sample up to 1200 bar and temperatures up to 800 °C.

  • Strain and tubing dimensions can be analyzed by sensors displacement or lasers measurements.

  • Any gas, sour or non-sour, inner or outer pressure ( colapsus)

  • The tests can be performed either by a control on the pressure (constant pressure, with ramps, steps, relaxation ...) by a control of the radius deformation or by measuring external diameter with constant or slow strain rate.
