In cooperation with French CNRS and MERIAL( SANOFI Group ), Top Industrie
developed a range of High Pressure Inactivation Cells.
- High-pressure processing (HPP) has been considered a promising nonthermal processing technology
to inactivate food and waterborne viral pathogens
- The effectiveness of HPP in inactivating has been studied and shown and have recently attracted
increasing attention from virology laboratories
- Following the type of process, the required pressure ranging from 400 to 650Mpa
- It could be improved using thermal effects, mild heating or freezing
